Meet Dr. Nadra Moulayes, DO

Nadra Moulayes, DO, is the director of the breast surgery division, department of surgery, at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in biology from Montclair State University, Dr. Moulayes earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also was an intern and resident in general surgery. After further training in general surgery at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital South Shore in Far Rockaway, NY, Dr. Moulayes completed a general surgery residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, where she served as chief resident. She then completed a fellowship in breast surgery at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. Dr. Moulayes is an American Board Certified surgeon.

As a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons and American Society of Breast Disease, Dr. Moulayes combines patient care with an active interest in clinical research. Dr. Moulayes is interested in community outreach and has given several lectures in an effort to increase women’s education and awareness of breast cancer. In addition to English, Dr. Moulayes is fluent in Arabic.
